It has been brought to our attention that you have left your employer,
xxx, as indicated on your Employment Offer Agreement Form. Your J-1 visa was provided to you contingent on your agreement to work at xxx throughout your program dates. These dates are located on your DS-2019 form.



xxx, as you know, any changes in your employment situation must be reported and approved by CIEE. Your leaving xxx without first contacting CIEE is a violation of our program rules and J-1 visa contract and may result in your withdrawal from the Work and Travel program. You made an agreement with this employer to work there throughout your program dates and have broken this agreement.



Because of this violation, it is important that you contact CIEE immediately at 1-888-COUNCIL by Aug 14, otherwise you will be withdrawn from the program for job abandonment. Being withdrawn from the WAT program means that CIEE will no longer sponsor you J1 visa and your health insurance will be invalid. You will be required to return home immediately.

Salı günü işverene işi bırakmayı düşünüyoruz dedik. Size gidin de demem kalın da demem dedi. Bu gün de gittik çalıştık ama dün gelen mail bu şekilde. Sizce ne yapmam gerekir. Yeni haftanın programını yapmışlar bile fakat ismimiz yok. Yarın başka eyalete gitmeyi düşünüyoruz. İşverene de şikayetlerimizi belirttik not aldı. artık ciee yi arayıp ne dediyse bu mail geldi.
