Job Placement information is as follows:
Job Title: Delivery
Work Description: Sales Help; assisting customers with their needs.
Maintenance; cleaning of rental equipment and linens, general upkeep of the entire store, and warehouse as well as sorting, counting and
laundering linens. You will also clean and count rental equipment (baby beds, baby chairs, etc.). Female students will sort, count, and pack
linens for rental. Male students MUST have an international driver’s license as they will deliver the rental equipment to the cottages. Males
will also be involved with the maintenance of rental equipment, as well as warehouse maintenance.
Remarks: You should maintain a neat and clean appearance at all times. You will be provided with a company shirt which you are
required to wear while on the job. You should bring from home conservative, casual clothing and closed-toed sneakers.
Salary Per Hour: The minimum wage in the state you will be living in is 7.25. You are guaranteed to be paid at least that amount. You
hourly wage is: 7.25
Overtime: An overtime rate of $7.25 will be paid for all hours worked in excess of 40
Bonuses: Between $.25 and $.75 per every hour worked will be awarded if you work to the end of your work commitment date. An
additional bonus may be available for excellent performance.
Work Hours: 6-8 hours per day, 5-6 days per week. During the busy season, you may have work 10-12 hours per day. Second jobs may
be available, but your employer requests you wait until your schedule has been finalized (approximately one week.)
Accommodation Cost: 26.25 per Week
Accommodation Description: Housing will cost around $105 per month. You will be living in a small house. You will be sharing your
room with at least one other student. Your house is located less than a mile from the beach!



Hello Students!

My name is Randy McCreary and I own Gale Force rentals in Bethany Beach, DE. I am very excited to have all of you work for us this summer!

Bethany Beach is a summer vacation resort town on the Atlantic ocean. Our business rents items like linens, beach equipment and baby equipment to vacationers.

We have rented a house close to work where you will live for the summer. It is a very nice house which includes a full kitchen, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice outdoor deck behind the house. The rent for each student is $100 per week. The rent does not include utilities (electric, internet, trash, etc.). You will pay for utilities at the end of the summer and it usually amounts to about $10 per week. We will provide you with a bike (free) so you can get around the area.
