Housing Information

Housing will cost $295 per month which includes utilities. Students will be living with other international students and should be prepare to share a room with 1 or 3 other students. Housing contains beds, lighting, phone, full kitchen for cooking, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, couch, dinning table, chairs, washer, and dryer machine. Some of the houses are located within walking or biking distance to work. Transportation will be available if housing is further than biking distance. $295 security deposit is required prior to arrival.

The housing is provided by the employer. This means that to be on the program students need to live in the housing provided by the employer while working. For example, if a student leaves housing, she / he will also loose their job. If a student is terminated or quits their job, she / he will loose the housing.

Participant agreement to terms of employment:
I accept to the above job offer and the terms of employment. I understand that the conditions of my employment may change based on the needs of my employer and any other unavoidable circumstances. If housing is indicated that it is available, it is the participant’s responsibility to confirm with their local representative or WISE to ensure that all necessary steps have been taken to secure a room at housing. Signing this document does not secure or reserving housing for the participant.
