everything is fake almost in my job offer.I used a bike for transportation .it was so far and at the night very dark. Dear S..,

I talked to Dorene about your concerns and also looked at your check history. We schedule all employees based upon the rate of our business and each employees skill and performance level. Even though our business was slower then expected and your skill and performance level has not met our expectations, your check history shows that you are averaging 31 hours a week.

Dorene also said that the managers had problems providing you with transportation do to the fact that you were not always at the house when the managers came to pick you up, because you had decided to ride a bike to work which wasted their time and gas!

Due to the slow business this year, and the fact that we tried to give a all student at least 30 hours, we are not able to provide ending bonuses. Dorene did inform me that you have been working the some of your hours on the overnight shift. The office was not aware of that. Since the rate of pay for the overnight shift is $10.00 per hour we will be giving you an additional 1.45 for the all hours you worked on that shift. Please check your upcoming paycheck for this adjustment.

I am sorry that you have not had a better experience during you stay . We have been working with interexchange and have been providing work experiences for students for the past 9 years. Most students are very happy with their experience and some ask to come back the next year.
