Selection and Screening Process:

As per Department of State regulations, sponsors, such as InterExchange and CIEE, are required to screen all the international candidates. Personal interviews are conducted to ensure that the program is suitable to the participant's background, needs and experience. Only full-time post-secondary students at accredited educational institutions are eligible to participate. All foreign workers must possess sufficient proficiency in the English language. Seasonal Staffing Solutions will select only those participants who fully match your requirements.
Authorized Positions:

Restaurant/hospitality industry: Foreign staff may work at any positions, including, but not limited to waitstaff, housekeepers, cashiers, receptionists, hosts, dishwashers, etc.
Amusement industry: International students are often hired to perform as ride-attendants, lifeguards, food sellers, etc.
Retail: Foreign staff may be arranged to work at any retail establishment as cashiers, deli, or crew members.
Construction: any entry-level positions of helpers, cleaners, etc.
Moving & Storage businesses benefit by employing seasonal movers, packers, helpers, etc.
Gas Station Attendants
Lifeguards for hotels, apartment complexes and staffing firms
Any other entry-level positions

Unauthorized Activities:

Program participants may not be employed as domestic employees in United States households.
Any position in the adult entertainment industry;
Pedicab or rolling chair drivers or operators;
Operators of vehicles or vessels that carry passengers for hire and/or for which commercial drivers licenses are required;
Any position related to clinical care that involves patient contact.
