COMING SOON: Starting on February 1, 2010, all nonimmigrant visa applicants in Turkey must submit the new Form DS-160, Online Nonimmigrant Visa Electronic Application, via the internet at least two business days before their visa interview. That means applicants with nonimmigrant visa interviews on February 1 must submit a completed DS-160 no later than January 28. The DS-160 will replace current nonimmigrant visa application forms DS-156, 157, and 158. Click here for answers to some frequently asked questions about the DS-160. PLEASE NOTE: All nonimmigrant visa applicants with interview appointments before February 1, 2010, should continue according to the current process. The DS-160 will not be accepted by Consular Sections in Turkey until February 1.
