This message is to remind you that Monday, May 26th is Memorial Day holiday in the United States. Intrax and Government offices like Social Security will be closed on Monday.
In the case of an emergency, you may contact Intrax at: 1-888-224-0450. If you do not have an emergency, please call our office on Tuesday, May 27th during standard business hours (8:30am – 5:00pm).
If you are currently in the US, here are a few things to remember:
Check in online at www.experienceintrax.com
Remember you are not eligible to begin working until the start date on your DS 2019 form
Keep your Intrax ID card with you at all times
If you are still in your home country and planning to arrive over the holiday weekend, be sure to secure your housing for your arrival. This is a very popular weekend in the US and finding a place to stay can be difficult. Make your plans in advance! Once you arrive check in on line and activate your program.
